£22k - £30k basic + excellent uncapped commission



My client is a well-established and growing recruitment company that specialise within the Financial Services.

Due to recent growth, my client is looking for an experienced and successful recruitment consultant, preferably within financial recruitment experience.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years experience and a proven track record within recruitment. You must have the ability to hit the ground running and take ownership of your own desk. You will also need to be a confident negotiator and have the ability to overcome objections.

The role is office based but some client visits will be required so applicants must be flexible to travel.

A proven track record of achieving / exceeding targets is a must for this sales focused role.
