Recruitment Consultant (Temps) £20k - £30k dependant on experience + commission



My client is currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant, with a proven track record of success, preferably, on a Temps desk.



This exciting opportunity will involve running an existing Temp Desk.



You will be expected

· To ensure that you maintain an adequate pool of suitable temporary candidates at all times

· To fill bookings.

· To service existing accounts.

· To develop sales (telesales and face-to-face)

· To work within the scope of the temporary pricing policy.

· To adhere to the systems, policies & procedures.

· To fill assignments within the minimum time possible.

· To interview, register and reference candidates





The role is based in a lively and friendly office environment with a growing company who are dedicated to developing their staff and promoting from within.
