The Opportunity for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor:

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be based within my client’s highly successful East London office. Within this team they are proud to boast an individual annual turnover of circa £12million.



They will undertake Design, Build and New Build work on Residential, leisure and commercial buildings. Recent examples of buildings they have worked on are the London Dungeon and Sloane Square. Residential projects are largely focused on partnering agreements that see them complete a good volume of work on specialised retirements homes and social housing / decent homes.



Requirements:

My client are keen to find an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor that has a strong desire to develop within a growing company who will ideally have:



3-4 years Quantity Surveying experience

Contractor background

Construction / building project experience
