Applications Support - accounting products - Herts



This is a super well established consultancy based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, offering full service to their clients through installation, training and support, and specialising in accounting software particularly Access Accounts. They have an active and busy support department of software support specialists and hardware engineers and are now looking to expand the team. Your background should include the following:



* Applications software support skills - telephone and remote support

* Excellent experience of a leading accounting package such as Sage MMS, Sage 200, Sage Line 500, SAP Business One, Exchequer, Pegasus Opera II, Navision, Great Plains, Access Accounts, SunSystems, PS Financials or Agresso

* Great communication skills and the ability to really build relationships with your client

* A full driving license

* The ability to thrive in a team environment

* A sense of humour!



Your role will involve taking telephone and email queries and solving support issues to keep your clients systems fully functional, looking at problems remotely via secure on line maintenance tools, and providing on site support where necessary including maintenance checks.
