Service Engineer - Pumping / Rotating Equipment



My client manufactures pump and fluid-filled motor for the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Renewable Energy and Chemical Processing industries. They are looking for a service engineer to cover the UK and on occasion over seas.



The Role

• Perform installation, commissioning and repair activities at the Customer's site.

• Provide on site technical support.

• Produce appropriate reports related to the activities undertaken.

• Provide the Customer with a focal point during their interactions with the Company.



Ideal Candidate:

• Hands on experience of rotating machinery overhaul, and installation.

• Working knowledge of pumping systems.

• Good mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.

• Experience of ISO 9001 Quality Systems and the Health and Safety at Work Act.

• Formal training in either mechanical or electrical engineering. Formal training can be offset by appropriate experience.

• This role requires an individual who is capable of working under their own initiative



Salary:

• Competitive Basic with additional site payments based on geographically location.

• 37 hour working week

• 25 days annual holiday
