Role: SAP Support Analyst

Salary: £18,000 - £21,000

Location: Bedford



A lead systems integrator and advanced technology company is looking for a SAP Support Analyst.



Responsibilities for this role will include:

·Acting as an initial point of contact for users' day-to-day problems with the potential to become a SAP Power User

·Running reports / queries in SAP and analysing the results

·Exporting data from SAP and analysing the results in MS Excel and /or Access

·Producing diagrams & documents to aid SAP training and support.

·Organising and recording training on the SAP Training Database

·Testing basic SAP functionality following changes within the system and regular testing for audit compliance

For this role the successful applicant will have had exposure to SAP in a support or user role. You will be computer literate and have excellent skills in MS Word and Excel. Experience of using MS PowerPoint is required. Also you will be numerate with the ability to analyse data and have Good communication skills and be a team player.

This role may require you to work a shift pattern. Also any experience in the following would be of benefit MS Access or MS Visio (however training will be given)

SAP is fundamental to the Company and the successful candidate could, in time, progress to becoming a Power User - supporting the large SAP user community; giving SAP training and even being directly involved in SAP development.
